Round white plate with gold rim on which are depicted flags of the states belonging to the League of Nations. There is also a US shield and eagle decoration. The dish was designed by W. Geary and painted by H.C. Chambers in 1921. It was given to Mrs. Wilson in 1921 on her trip to St. Louis.
