Leather shoe of the Wildhahn bog

The leather shoe was found 1885, five feet deep in the bog area of “Wildhahn” of the Jade commune in the rural district of Wesermarsch. A foot bone was still attached to the shoe when it had been found. Unfortunately, the bone could not be preserved.
