Letter from W. A. Jenkins, the then Principal of Rajshahi College, to H. E. Stapleton, the then Director of Public Instruction (DPI) of Bengal, suggesting him that the students who migrate from other localities to join government colleges, are the trouble creaters. He therefore opined that the admission of such students should be carefully scrutinised.
