Signed by the 12 women who represented the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies and formed the deputation to Asquith, on 8 Aug 1913. Replies to the comments of the Suffragist Ministers who received the deputation, that the women's suffrage movement was not popular in the country. Asserts that militancy is the fault of the Government's dilatoriness in removing the causes of unrest.
