The Anglo Brazilian society has addressed the British Council that he should be officially invited to do so when he closes his Paris exhibition. Portinari who has decorated one of the rooms at the Congress Library in Washington and made a portrait of Mrs. Roosevelt (na verdade, Mrs. Rockefeller) will open his exhibition in Paris at the Galerie Charpentier on September 27th.
