깃 · 고름 · 곁마기 · 소매 끝동에 다른 색 천을 댄 당코깃 삼회장(三回裝) 저고리이다. 이 저고리는 얇게 솜을 넣어 만들어졌으며, 1922년 근견례(覲見禮) 때 예복 속에 입었던 저고리로 착용 흔적이 남아있다. 의대목록에는 "황자홍수동소고의(黃紫紅繡冬裏古衣)" 라고 쓰여 있다.
