Lo que habita en las sombras (What lives in the shadows)

What lives in the shadows? To go towards darkness is an exercise and a practice from photography in which I give light to night scenes as an attempt to investigate, know, discover. It is at the same time a trip into ourselves, with all its complexities. It is a way to recognize ourselves, in our thoughts, emotions… go to the origin, perceive what we are. It is also to see ourselves as part of something much more important and discover and accept ourselves in our own excessive ambition, our thoughtlessness regarding the treatment of nature, what we are capable of. The intention of this image is to show the reality that hides in this obscurity of what we are. Does that scare us?
