Look 4 from Maki Oh Spring /Summer 2016 at Lagos Fashion Week 2015. This collection was inspired by “absurdity of life and explores the ideas of finding purpose through actions of futility”.
Maki Oh is a womenswear brand founded in 2010 that fuses traditional African techniques with detailed contemporary construction. The Maki Oh design ethos challenges prevailing notions of beauty and analyses cultural norms through a womanist lens.
