Commonly known as woodrush is a flowering plant in the rush family Juncaceae, flowers between April and May. It is distributed from Russian Far East to Japan and Korea. Seed length from 1.1 to 1.2㎜, ripen and become a dark brown from the side of the head, usually used as food by birds.
