Observing a crocodile, it appears as though it is constantly at rest unless it is stimulated. It is an effective technique to overcome physical or mental fatigue and calm an agitated mind.
-Lie down on your stomach making a pillow with your hands.
-With your legs outstretched, keep your heels apart and the big toes touching each other.
-Once in the position remain motionless, letting go of all the weight on the ground.
-Close your eyes and breathe normally and rhythmically. Remain in this position for about five minutes.
-Gently open your eyes.
-Slowly turn on your right side for a few minutes before sitting
up.

The benefits of this asana include deep relaxation for your shoulders and spine. It rejuvenates your entire body and mind, while relieving muscular and nervous tension. Conscious relaxation normalizes blood pressure, pulse rate and respiratory cycles.
