Making deshish with stone mill

Stone mill is used to make deshish. The wheat kernels are milled enough to crush the wheat only into smaller chuncks.

Deshish is Arabic mean crushed. Grains were traditionally crushed with a stone mill. The wheat is crushed into small pieces that are used to thicken stews.
