Imported red Dutch wool broadcloth (goro fukerin) with lapels of (color?) satin patterned with gold thread (kinran) and epaulets of white wool broadcloth egded with small strips of printed cotton. On the back is appliqued a large white wool broadcloth circular crest (mon) patterned with three styli.
