Williams survey showing the City of Carrollton, with a portion of Greenville (Uptown of Lowerline St.) and New Carrollton (Jefferson Parish) also included. In addition, a map of greater New Orleans showing the names and locations of other upriver towns such as Jefferson City, Foucher, Carrollton etc...also appears. A street guide and directory have also been added to the original plan.
