Fragment of a marble votive relief with representation of Apollo Delios. An inscribed relief set up in a coastal sanctuary in East Attica, with the god represented leaning on a pillar in front of an altar and a palm tree. On the missing part of the composition, which recalls the birth of Apollo on the sacred isle of Delos, the dedicators were probably shown. An excellent example of Late Hellenistic Athenian sculpture. Probably from Attica, late 2nd c. BC. H. 0.515, W. 0,466 m. m. Gift of Sandra Kampani. (ΓΕ 32583)
