Mark Cotter has been a member of North Bondi SLSC since 1983 when he joined as a Nipper. He is second generation North Bondi following in his father Peter’s footsteps.

He has held the position of Vice-Captain (1989/90-1992/93), Captain (1993/94-1995/96), Vice President (1996/97-2013/14) and President (2014/15-2018/19) a period of 30 years. He was recognised for his contribution to the Club with a Life Membership Award in 2004.

Mark managed the Team the club sent to England and Wales for the world championships in 1994 (the furthest the club has ever travelled to represent in competition) He was Vice President and on the Building Committee when we built the new clubhouse.

Mark also managed the Clubs Sponsorship for 18 years watching the club grown and become more and more professional including the hiring of a General manager.
