Top third has white background with gold MCC monogram, middle third has white Membership Number, and bottom third has white background with gold 'R' in centre and '71' and '72' to either side. Membership Number 1394, Restricted Member. Brass back reads 'SEASON ENDING / 31st AUGUST 1972 / NOT TRANSFERABLE'. White lanyard attached.
