Melbourne Cricket Club membership fob, season 1972/73 - Junior

Melbourne Cricket Club Junior membership medallion for the year 1972-73, shaped like an upside-down pentagon, medallion number 00240, with yellow rope-cord threaded through hole in top. Obverse features red and blue enamel decoration on the silver metal base: the top third featuring the MCC logo in silver lettering on a red base; the middle silver band featuring the medallion number; and the lower third the years 72 and 73 on either side of a large 'J' on a blue background. Inscription embossed on reverse reads NOT TRANSFERABLE / SEASON ENDING / 31ST AUGUST 1973, and the manufacturer's name beneath.
