Circular medallion with a protruding brass and white enamel Membership Number bar across the bottom, features three segments within the circle. Left segment features white enamelled 'C' on brass background, middle segment features blue enamelled background with gold MCC monogram, right segment features red enamelled background with gold dates. Membership Number 627, Country Member. Brass back reads 'NOT / TRANSFERABLE / SEASON ENDS / 31st AUG. 1982' and features line pattern emanating from text in centre. Blue lanyard attached.
