Men's League for Women's Suffrage Page 1

Announcement of the formation of Men's League for Women's Suffrage. Though many men had already been involved in the suffrage campaign, whether as sympathisers or fraternisers, the formation of the Men's League formalised the link. The Men's League campaigned peacefully and, as demonstrated in this initial formation announcement, sought to commit its new members to vote only for parliamentary candidates who favoured the principle of Votes for Women.
