Diese Ampulle zeigt auf einer Seite den hl. Menas mit zwei aufrecht sitzenden Kamelen. Die andere Ampullenseite trägt das Bild eines inschriftlich als O A/ΓIOC ABB/AKωN benannten Heiligen, dem rechts eine große Amphore beigefügt ist. Möglicherweise handelt es sich um den isaurischen »hl. Abba (Vater) Konon«.
