Wooden box of microscope slides from physiological experiments conducted by J.S. Haldane FRS and Commander G.C.C.Damant RN. The slides feature samples of specimens used in experiments to measure decompression in deep sea diving. The slides show that Haldane and Damant experimented on animals including newts, mice, earthworms and particularly goats.
