Microscope Specimens

Specimens sent by Dutch microscopist Antoni van Leeuwenhoek to the Royal Society. The specimens accompanied his letters which contained his descriptions to allow other scientists to repeat the experiment with their own microscopes.
The specimens were mounted in 1981 for preservation.
