Microscope with interchangeable lens and wooden case

Monocular microscope in gold-plated brass, with interchangeable lens used for immersion observations. It is equipped with four lens and a wooden case. It is composed by a cylindrical optical tube supported by a straight bracket laid on a fork-shaped base. Two knobs, positioned at the sides of the optical tube, allow to focus the instrument. Below the objective lens there is the plate on which was placed the material to analyze . This plate is drilled in the center and below there is the movable mirror which allows the correct amount of light to be directed towards the sample under examination.
