The Mokhwa was worn by the Royal household in the last stage of Joseon Dynasty. The boots is overlaid with black velvet and lined with white cotton flannel. The quarter of the shoes is constructed in five pieces. The throat is patched with satin damask in green and trimmed with red wool on the top.
