Monument to the Veterans of the Korean War (Italy)

Installed in 2015 to mark the 70th anniversary of the UN Forces as a show of appreciation for the countries that fought in the Korean War, the UN and Korean flag are located in the center, with monuments to each of the 21 participating countries arranged on either side in the order in which they joined the Korean War effort. The monument is made with materials such as black ore, granite, and stainless steel. Engraved into each of the national monuments are the name of the country, a laurel wreath, the marks of the participating units, their contributions, and messages of remembrance to the fallen in Korean and the language of the participating country.
