Mudha (Floor seat)

Agriculture is a primary occupation in Punjab and many by-products of farming are used for making furniture and objects. One such example is this mudha made using dried straw as a raw material. Decorative patterns were created on its surface using cotton threads dyed in black, yellow, and red.
