A reproduction of a mural representing a battle between the Tlaxcalans and Toltecs in yellow, blue, red and brown, with a blue background.
It is part of a serie of printings took from the different murals of Cacaxtla an archeologic zone in the south of the state of Tlaxcala. Cacaxtla is a big pyramidal basement form the post-classic period (950- 1521) that conserved various mural paintings with Mayan influence.
This piece is from the mural called “Mural de la batalla” that is on the building B.
