The second of a pair of namban silkscreens. The composition shows a wide flat panoramic view, the background is made of gold-leaf giving the screen a unique luminosity and color. The narrative scenes are separated by gold clouds. In the second screen mercantile and missionary activities are shown. The narrative starts on the left screen where merchants are doing their accounts on an abacus. In this screen several animals can be seen, including a horse and a leopard.
