Gloria co-founded New York Magazine in 1963 with Clay Felker and Milton Glazer. In this 1969 issue of New York Magazine, Gloria published her essay "After Black Power, Women's Liberation." The essay, which ran in her City Politic column, helped to establish Gloria as a thought-leader in the women's liberation movement.
