A standing female figure in a dress and cap made of broken Indian bracelets combined with concrete, and arms separated from the body (bent in arc), turned en face and suggestively looking. Face and limbs are reddish, like terracotta. The figure is standing on a concrete pedestal, coated with ceramic tiles. From the piles of recycled detritus Nek Chand made anthropomorphic and zoomorphic figures, first in mortar over the sturdy armature from the thrown bicycle parts and various devices, decorated by bits of crockery, rusty coins and other waste. The first gods and goddesses of his kingdom slowly mounted the hills of this unusual open-air atelier. He often stayed late at night to the limits of his strength, but filled with warmth of his creations which increasingly surrounded him. His devotedness to this secret mission of an autodidact, and his aroused impetus for primordial origins only increased this dedication (N. Krstić).
