North Terrace looking east, taken near the intersection with Kintore Avenue. Photo shows public library, museum, art gallery and the University of Adelaide.

The statue of King Edward VII was unveiled on 15/7/1920 so the photo was taken some time after that. Visible in the foreground is the statue of Robert Burns in its original location on the corner of Kintore Avenue, in front of where the War Memorial now stands. A tram is running along North Terrace.
