This Spanish Mission Revival style building was designed by Frank Brewer in 1939 and is said to be his finest and largest completed work in Singapore. It features a large quadrangle surrounded by colonnaded corridors, distinctive fish-scale stucco textured walls and the six-storey Lim Teck Kin Tower that was added in 1952.
