Oliver Frank Tarr

Oliver Frank Tarr from Coldwater, Kansas served as an aviation radio gunner during World War II. As part of squadron 12 he worked in the South Pacific. Tarr was on active duty for nearly eight years before spending the next 15 as a reserve member.
