The dinosaurs didn’t all live in the same place at the same time. The time wall in this room is here to help you to place the specimens on display. Some magnificent fossils were taken out of storage for this “wall”: dinosaurs of which we have only a few bones, or fossils of animals that were contemporaries of the dinosaurs. This tooth comes from one of the very first sauropods and is barely 1 cm long. It is just over 200 million years old and was found in Belgium, at Habay-la-Vieille.
