Union of Practical Suffragists leaflet responding to a paper circulated by Lady Cecilia Roberts. The Union was created within the auspices of the Women's Liberal Federation. It was formed on the basis of testing Parliamentary candidates on whether they would support the enfranchisement of women, with candidates only being electorally supported if they said they would. The organisation would later merge within the Women's Liberal Federation.
