Paper doll:Pillsbury's Play Bakery Action Cut-outs

In 1936 the Pillsbury Flour Mill Company produced this advertising paper doll set to demonstrate the workings of a fine bakery. The details of this set are amazing. Included are racks of just-baked bread, ovens, display counters and even a delivery van. The dolls in the set include a proprietor, a baker, a wholesaler's saleman, and a house-to-house salesman. The whole shop is depicted in green tiles and naturally, "cleanliness is our motto." Of course a customer or two is included as well.
