Parts assembled for chassis frame assembly

With many sub assemblies and repetitive parts ready, I was prepared for assembling the chassis. In the interests of durability, I laser cut the chassis longitundinal members from MDF, with a thin sheet of cardboard laminated on each to bring it to the right scale thickness. The axle sliders, springs, spring shackle bars, brakes and wheels can be seen in the picture.
