Pelerine of iridescent peacock feathers, mottled and white-spotted pheasant feathers and white marabou; feathers sewn individually to coarse linen backing; feathers laid flat in rounded arcs of varying width and feather type; order of feather rows from top are: iridescent orange peacock feathers, pheasant feathers, iridescent green peacock feathers, pheasant feathers, iridescent purple and blue peacock feathers, pheasant feathers, iridescent purple and blue peacock feathers; pheasant feathers; center front vertical slit opening edged with spotted pheasant feathers; lining of white marabou tufts sewn to coarse linen and wool blend; marabou edges high, round neckline, center front opening and bottom edge of cape; no closure.
