Pendant with end cuffs of raised gold sheet. The stone is irregular at its cross section. The end cuffs have end plates and are attached to the stone by metal pins and a protruding wire spiral on one side. The end cuffs are edged with twisted gold wire and decorated with triangles of granulation.
