Lead weight found with many others in the mining area of El Centenillo. These weights were related to the weight and value of the metals extracted from the mines, mainly silver, for subsequent sale or distribution in the Roman market.

Inscription in the piece is associated usually the name of the company that operated the mines. In this case it is possible that the Castulonense Society were, but could also indicate the Roman state property, Senatus Consultum.
