Photograph of Ann Bloomfield Schofield Gamble Post taken by Carl Vandyk after she was presented to King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra of England.
Date: 1907
Note: According to seller: "This dress was made for and worn by Ann Bloomfield Gamble Schofield Post. She was presented in this dress to the King and Queen of England during Edward VII’s coronation in 1903. Ann was the wife of Melville Davisson Post, the famous American author." Further research has indicated a number of errors in the family's account: Ann Bloomfield Gamble Schofield Post was presented at Buckingham Palace in 1907.
