Rochesterian Marge Klehr grew up in the New York City area. As a little girl, she took dance classes at the Seidler's Dance Studio, run by the two Seidler sisters. The class held a recital every year. Marge saved her recital costume from about 1948. That year the recital theme was the USO; the costumes have little vests and military-style caps. The girls were photographed to commemorate the event.
