This unique pidhi was made using wood and metal. The frame of the seat and turned legs were made out of wood, whereas the webbing was made in a chequered pattern using metal straps. Additional wooden strips were nailed from top to strengthen the frame. A cushion was laid out before sitting on it to use the chakki (hand mill grinder).
