Plain rim, long neck, spherical body, pedestal foot, pouring sprout, single strap handle. The lower half of the body is ringed with convex ribs, and the upper half with surface relief teardrop shapes. White paste, white slip, transparent glaze. Underglaze decoration in yellow, cobalt blue, manganese purple and brownish red with black contours. On either side of the neck is a pair of embracing figures, one wearing a turban and the other's a priest's headgear. The figures are flanked by stylized leaves; the outside edge of the pouring sprout bears rosettes formed of dots on a cobalt blue ground; there are single leaves alternating with groups of short diagonal strokes on the sides of the handle, and its outside edge is a chain motif between "V" shaped pincers. The rim and the moulding below the neck are ringed with zigzag borders.
