Play set:Gizmos & Gadgets

In 2015, LittleBits Electronics introduced its Gizmos & Gadgets, a play set of motors, wheels, lights, switches, dimmers, servos, buzzers, remote control devices, and other pieces. With some guidance, kids create a variety of, well, gadgets and gizmos like a remote controlled Bitbot, a rotating lamp that projects light on a wall, a bubble-blowing device, mischief machine, and other inventions. The set offers step by step instructions in a large format user's manual and more things to build and create using apps available online. The play set helps develop imagination, design skills, critical thinking, all the while playing with principles of science, technology, electronics, and mathematics (STEM). Kids can share their projects online.
