Portrait of Giuseppe Rapazzini

Giuseppe Rapazzini in his will dated 12th August 1818, appointing the Maggiore Hospital heir of 100,000 lire also asks "that the Hospital has my portrait painted in a large picture, that is standing with the work of Mr. Protaso Gerolamo Stambucchi egregious Painter and my particular friend, and I want the same painter [...] to pay as a stipend the sum of fifteen hundred lire in Milan [...] and I recommend that he use the most accurate accuracy and diligence ".
