Dance card on light background. The cover features a medallion in relief on the center, with the figure of a woman in profile holding a flower. Surrounding, decoration of white flowers in high relief. Printed in blue: "1868 - R.S.- 1916 / Portuguese Gymnastic Club 48th Anniversary" and the date. It has 4 pages, the first page has the inscription: "Distribution of medals and diplomas / Championship of weighs and dumbbells ... / Gold medal and diploma / Mr. Jayme Martins Ferreira (champion) / Silver medals / Sr, Agenor Moreira Sampaio (lightweight champion) / João Souza Dias (very lightweight champion) / Bronze medals / Mr. Antonio Santos (2nd lightweight) / Mr. Armando Freitas (2nd slightest) / Partners Benemeritos / Mr. Manoel Moreira (... ) / Alexandre da Silva Azevedo (...)". On the central pages, the program that has decoration of blue friezes, with twenty-one dances, being: 4 waltzes, 6 one steps, 5 polkas, 4 tangos and 2 ragtimes; Filled with female names written by pencil: ... de Souza, Saphira, Esmeralda and an illegible name. Registration: Concert ... HE Srs A. Grisoli, and F. Rocha; Distributions of medals and diplomas. White pencil with inscription "Carvalhaes & C °", attached to the card with a cream colored cord.
