  • Medium: Rectangular paper stamp with perforated edges and a graphic design in red ink. Front center has a realistic portrait of Adolf Hitler facing right and surrounded by a wreath, flanked on the left by a torch with a swastika and overlaid by a palm branch and on the right by a sword with the Nazi emblem and a swastika. On the lower left side is the date, with German text in lower center border. Denomination 12 is in the top left and +38 is right of center. Reverse is covered with aged yellowed adhesive. Stamp is not cancelled.
