Postcard postmarked on April 20, 1937 showing the Bellerive Hotel in Kansas City, Mo. Early in the 20th century, Armour Boulevard became a coveted address, with many new style, chic apartment-hotels, but was in decline by the 1990's. Thanks to urban revitalization, the Armour Boulevard coridor, a main east/west throughfare in Kansas City, is once again a vibrant community with many apartments, shops, and restaurents.
