Presentation plaque inscribed 'Garden Competition District Railway 1st prize 1916'

Rectangular plaque with brass face engraved with flowers, inscribed 'Garden Competition District Railway 1st Prize 1916'. Mounted on wood, varnished on the front side only. Bears two hooks and a cord on the back side. The plaque was dug up by Henry Reginald Horsley who worked as a signalman at Northfields in 1948. The person this plaque was awarded to is unknown.
